Introverted coder Lark Taylor dreams of making it past Junior Developer status and finally scoring lead on an app development project. But it's difficult for her to get a word in edgewise at a tech firm populated by overconfident male gatekeepers who consider innuendo a valid form of communication.
When a big client asks for a more diverse team, the boss is forced to give Lark the lead role because she's the only woman programmer on staff. Her skeezy co-workers use the mishap to get her fired and steal her project.
